Great food, excellent service, staff always smiling and helpful. Very large spa, beautiful garden. The proximity of the athletics and football stadium (I organized a group trip) and the mountains (Szyndzielnia, Klimczok, Trzy Kopce). I highly recommend it

I recommend this hotel. We went there with friends for one night with a spa. The service at this hotel is phenomenal, starting from the ladies at the reception to the staff at the bar, restaurant, and spa. SPA treatments performed professionally. The food is very good. We felt at home. The service is very pleasant. Thank you very much.

At the Papuga Hotel, we felt like we were at home. Service and food at the highest level. The spa offers exquisite massages, I recommend trying those inspired by Ayurveda. Hotel located in a quiet area with a large parking lot. Close to mountain trails and forests, as well as interesting cities: Cieszyn, Szczyrk, Ustroń, and Wisła. We are already planning our next visit.

Always smiling and helpful staff. Neat and nice rooms. Very tasty food at the hotel restaurant and an amazing wellness and spa area. We have been there three times already and will probably visit again.

Everything is top-notch. Large, clean room. Beautiful area. Delicious food, wide selection. The entire swimming pool area is of the highest quality. I especially recommend experiencing the hammam by Mr. Ilia - it's amazing!
