RESERVATION TERMS: 1. Wellness Marrakesz & SPA operates from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM on Saturdays, and 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Sundays. 2. Advance booking of treatments from the package is required - wellness@papuga.pl or hotel@papuga.pl; the hotel is not responsible in situations where treatments have not been booked in advance. 3. If a VAT invoice is necessary, please inform us at the time of booking. 4. The reservation is not covered by free cancellation. 5. The treatment time should be agreed upon when making the reservation. 6. Please arrive 15 minutes early for the procedure to fill out the health questionnaire.
